Henry Stewart Conference Studies, Henry Stewart Events Ltd and Henry Stewart Events Inc. reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to change the venue of the Conference and/or Speakers/Chairs/Moderators and/or Program from that described. We also reserve the right in our absolute discretion and without further liability to cancel the Program in which event all monies will be refunded. We accept no responsibility for the views expressed by the Speakers, Chairs or any other person at the Conference.
Payments must be made in advance of the Conference. Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days before the date of the conference and a refund will be met in full. Substitutions can be made at any time. All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing.
