Kathryn is an associate in the London office of Reed Smith LLP where she focuses on a broad range of corporate and commercial work and regularly advises on, and manages, large domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, particularly for clients in the real estate sector. Kathryn has recently worked with Reed Smith’s Real Estate Group on a number of property-related transactions, including sales and acquisitions of property-holding SPVs and the establishment of property joint ventures.
