Dan Montalbano, Global Head of Operations at Girl&Bear, explores why we need to tear down the existing production model and rebuild it with principles to deliver better craft and creativity at its very core.  

Dan will deliver insights from the recently launched global content studio, Girl&Bear, and discuss why putting 'making' at the heart of the new VCCP production model has shifted the dial on output, craft and culture.

Dan will also discuss how flipping this model creates a springboard for greater craft, delivered at speed and at scale, alongside the benefits of closer client relationships and more empowered 'makers'.
