Laurel Ghosh Roy joined Acquia via its 2021 acquisition of Widen, where she started in 2018 as a Customer Success Manager specializing in digital asset management expansions. She assumed responsibility for all existing customer sales in 2020 as Widen’s first Customer Sales Advisor, and continues to lead the Acquia DAM and PIM expansion and integration sales strategies. She develops useful resources and templates, and scalable processes designed to help drive DAM customer adoption, utilization, and expansion.
In addition to leading the expansion of existing DAM implementations, she also leads the charge for the approach to adopting a multi-DAM strategy for connecting multiple DAM solutions across related businesses. Through a multi-DAM approach she has helped enterprises of all sizes maximize digital asset and product content use, while sustaining proper governance controls.
Laurel is based in Tacoma, WA. She holds dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Spanish, and is pursuing both an MBA and a graduate certificate in Business Architecture and Managerial Consulting from Pennsylvania State University.
