Carol has held a number of roles in her career including Art Director, Type Director, Creative Services Manager, Mac Systems Administrator and Digital and Product Information Manager. The path to Digital Asset Management was something she identified as a business need during her time managing creative departments and the frequent misuse of assets and rights.
Carol successfully lobbied Executive Leadership at several advertising agencies to implement digital asset management platforms and policies. She was involved in the selection of vendors, taxonomy development, user training and support.
Carol spent 10 years as the Global Digital Asset Manager for Cadillac at four of their advertising agencies and has spent the past three years at L’Oréal as the Division Asset Manager overseeing the deployment of a corporate solution for DAM and PIM for the Professional Products Division.
