Rachel is an award-winning graphic designer, problem solver, and dot connector who’s passionate about decoding and solving business problems by helping cross-functional audiences to "speak the same language" and focus on end user needs to achieve innovative and sustainable outcomes.
A graduate of the University of Georgia and the M.AD School Of Ideas (Portfolio Center), she has worked at an array of global design and advertising firms and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout her career, Rachel has led the launch (and decommissioning) of numerous in-house agencies, requiring her to develop strategic partnerships with stakeholders from across organizations, including business, IT, marketing, and compliance, to ensure objectives, budgets, and success metrics were achieved.
She is currently a Principal Consultant at ICP specializing in creative operations, change management & user adoption, and executive storytelling.
