Since 2003, Doria has been the Archivist for the Rosemarie Beck Foundation, a small non-profit organization devoted to the preservation and promulgation of the artwork and pedagogy of the late artist and master-teacher, Rosemarie Beck (1923-2003). In 2017, Doria found herself the RBF’s Collection Manager, Web Master, and Social Media Maven.
Doria completed Harvard’s requirements for a Masters in Museum Studies, specializing in non-profit collections management. Doria initiated the Rosemarie Beck Foundation Studio Internship program in February 2020, in partnership with the New York Studio School.
The pandemic prompted Doria to begin creating a system for managing the RBF’s digital assets, and to render them visible, searchable and intelligible to the public. She has since brought the RBF Collection fully online, and co-curated several online and hybrid exhibits of artwork from the Collection.
