Chris Marsh has nearly 18 years of experience in the creative industries, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering outstanding results for leading global brands. Chris specializes in storytelling, brand design, and digital innovation.

Chris has been with AKQA for the last year, previously serving as the Executive Creative Director at Unlimited Group. Currently, Chris leads the Experience Design team in Berlin, overseeing some of its largest clients. Chris’ expertise lies in the intersection of strategy, design, technology, and execution, particularly in large-scale programs and organizations.

Chris is passionate about fostering new talent and driving diversity in the design industry, and have successfully launched Academy programmes to help aspiring designers from diverse socio-economic backgrounds enter the field. With a demonstrated ability to lead teams and partners across the globe, having cultivated a culture that celebrates individual differences and aspirations. Additionally, he has have been an ongoing judge for the GUCCI x ARTSTHREAD Global Design Graduate Show and Webby Awards and associate member of IADAS.

Clients include Rolls Royce, De Beers, Nike, Richemont, BMW & LVMH.
