An Organization-Wide Approach – How Mote Sourced a New DAM System and Pitched the Idea to Stakeholders

When Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium started to look for a new DAM system, it was clear that one of the major hurdles was that the new system had to serve the entire organization which includes the library & archives, communications department, education department, aquarium, administration, and scientific researchers, as well as outside users. That was a challenge in itself… and then came the pitch to the management!
 
Alexis Crabtree, Manager of Visual Engagement and Jaime Fogel, Library & Archives Director will provide a detailed look at the DAM selection process and how the idea was pitched to management and other stakeholders for their buy-in.
