Tom brings over 13 years of investment and development real estate experience to Round Hill Capital. Tom joined Round Hill Capital in 2017 and leads the UK Investment and Acquisitions team across accommodation sectors focusing primarily on residential build to rent and purpose built student accommodation. Tom led the expansion of the student and residential business into Ireland with investments into development projects delivering over 2,000+ beds/units. Prior to Round Hill Capital, Tom worked for an investment and development fund bringing forward 18 residential and commercial projects in the UK. Tom is a chartered surveyor with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Manchester and a Real Estate MSc from the University of Reading.
