David Penston is a London-based property banker with a strong track record in both property and corporate banking. David is a highly experienced specialist in Structured Property Finance. During his 35 years in the City, he has held positions with Singer & Friedlander (Director and Head of the London Property Team), Charterhouse Bank (Corporate Banking and Loan Syndication) and Hill Samuel (UK and Overseas Corporate Banking).David holds non-executive consultancy positions with Edward Symmons (property valuation and recovery services) and Garbe Group (a large family-backed property development company) who have their headquarters in Germany. David served for 10 years on the board of the Association of Property Bankers; 3 years as President.
