Lucy spends much of her time working on bespoke strategic, development and Investment reports for a wide range of clients. She also manages the Savills development land index and co-authors the quarterly development Market in Minutes publication. Her work includes residential development market commentary, market value and absorption rate analysis on development sites and assessments of placemaking potential. She is on the committee of the society of property researchers and can often be found presenting at a variety of seminars and events. Before joining the company she completed a PhD in geology at the Open University after studying natural sciences at the University of Cambridge.
