As the Head of Creative Services for Knight Frank Australia, she spearheads the creative vision and operational strategy for the company's extensive network, ensuring that all creative outputs align with Knight Frank's brand ethos and business objectives.

With decades of experience, Katy's expertise spans across creative direction, team leadership, graphic design and strategic planning. Her career has been marked by significant achievements, including the successful overhaul of Knight Frank's creative service functions, which has led to enhanced team efficiency and higher quality deliverables.

Katy is passionate about fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. She has been instrumental in integrating advanced design tools and technologies, such as incorporating Adobe CC Libraries across not only the traditional Adobe applications, but early adoption of Adobe Express as well as integrating  CC Libraries into Microsoft applications.
