Charlie is the Head of Creative Services EMEA for Creative Shop at Meta, a global team of consultants who bridge that gap between product and advertisers. In his role, he manages a team that consults with the world's largest brands on how to apply scaled production solutions to advertising across the Meta family of apps, from Instagram Reels to Whatsapp AI Agents.
Prior to that, he was Head of Creative Content at Ogilvy Shanghai where he worked alongside the China CCO to drive business growth for Western brands in China and Chinese brands in the West. Charlie cut his teeth at agencies M&C Saatchi and as Deputy Head of Production at McCann London.
With over 22 years of experience in commercial production and Creative Operations, Charlie is happiest where tech, creativity and production collide.
