Creative Operations Summit London 2027

Originally from Ukraine, I started my career in the creative industry while still at school, working in an animation studio. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of agencies, building my experience from hands-on production to project management and, ultimately, creative operations.

I have extensive experience in end-to-end delivery of multi-channel campaigns and creative assets at scale, working with global and local clients across a variety of sectors. My background combines hands-on integrated production with production operations, including building teams, developing delivery processes, improving resource management, and implementing tools/tech that help creative teams work more effectively and get the best creative result.

For me, creative operations is about bringing together people, processes, production, and technology to make great creative work happen — finding the right balance between creative ambition, operational efficiency, and commercial realities. I’m driven by a passion for creativity, technology and continually finding better ways to deliver work without compromising on quality. Outside of agency life, photography remains an important part of my creative world and a constant source of inspiration.
