Sarah Chapman is a marketing operations and transformation leader focused on reinventing how complex marketing organisations work; combining operating model redesign, MarTech, AI and automation to create faster, simpler and more scalable ecosystems.

At Amazon, she leads large-scale creative programme management and delivery across Europe, spanning governance, agencies, production, finance, resourcing and transformation. Over five years, she has helped reshape the marketing operating model across multiple markets, building stronger in-house capability, redesigning intake and governance, simplifying partner ecosystems and using AI and automation to remove manual work and accelerate delivery.

Her work increasingly sits at the intersection of people, process and technology: rethinking workflows rather than simply digitising them, defining where human judgement adds value, and building connected operating ecosystems that can scale as the business grows.

Before Amazon, Sarah spent 11 years agency-side in London and Sydney, working with major brands including Samsung, Nespresso, and Optus; giving her a strong understanding of both sides of the client–agency relationship.
