She specializes in building and scaling high-performing account management and operations teams that enable integrated, top-caliber marketing and creative. Currently, Jen leads Account Management and Operations for the award-winning in-house agency, Creative Studio, at Dexcom. There she has established a globally connected team responsible for shaping strategic partnerships, orchestrating technology-driven workflows, and optimizing resources to consistently deliver high-quality, scalable, creative solutions. Outside of her professional work, Jen is an avid traveler who maintains an active lifestyle, and resides in San Diego with her husband, Rich.
