Brianne is a seasoned Creative Operations leader with years of experience running in-house creative and production teams. As the Head of Creative Operations and Creative Analytics at Wayfair, she orchestrates end-to-end operations for the company's internal creative agency, overseeing a team of project managers and analysts. Brianne's expertise lies in translating creative ideas into actionable results, building high-functioning teams and implementing change within a fast-paced company. Prior to leading Creative Operations, Brianne founded and led Video Production for Wayfair North America. Outside of work, Brianne is the Mom-in-Chief of her family of four.
