Chelsea is the Innovation Lead at T&P (WPP), overseeing the day-to-day work of the agency’s innovation team. She leads R&D, prototyping and applied GenAI pilots across a range of markets and industries, exploring how emerging technologies can shape creative and next-generation production.

With a background spanning design, development and creative ops, Chelsea brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to how teams build with new tools. She is particularly interested in how ideas emerge through experimentation, and the importance of creating space for early-stage play and exploration.
