Darren has over 20 years of experience leading creative agencies and teams worldwide, and currently serves as in-house creative at SharkNinja. His previous roles span top global networks including WPP, VML, BBDO, Havas, R/GA, and CP+B, where he led campaigns for major brands such as Mars Group, BBC, Smart, Axe, Sky, Microsoft, P&G, Nike, Reckitt, Braun, and Adidas.

He began his career as a software engineer in London and went on to author several books on digital creativity and usability. Transitioning into the agency world, Darren has earned hundreds of prestigious awards, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, ADC, New York Festivals, and One Show.

As a Chief Creative and Managing Director, Darren has successfully bridged the gap between traditional and digital creativity, driving innovation and brand growth across the Globe.
