Creative Tech London 2026

Pat started out in Post Production for a facility called Molinare in London in 1984. This is where he got his ground level training in production, post production, production technology & innovation. He joined the TV department at Saatchi & Saatchi London working on acclaimed ad campaigns for British Airways, Cadbury Schweppes, & Pilkington Glass. Pat moved to JWT London as a TV producer and then JWT Paris. He went for 6 years as producer at Michael Conrad & Leo Burnett in Frankfurt, Germany. He came back to London to join BDDH as Director of Broadcast helping to win many awards including Golds at the British TV Advertising Awards and Cannes. Pat made the leap to client side where he was Global Ad Production Manager for P&G's Beauty Care Division. He re-joined Leo Burnett in London as Director of Broadcast before leaving to help start up Adstream in Europe in 2003.

In 2005 he set up MCA with inaugural clients PepsiCo, Cadbury (Mondelez) and Scottish and Newcastle (Heineken), all brands MCA still work with today. MCA has continued to grow, thrive, and deliver outstanding results for 100’s of brands across over 60 markets using the intelligence, tech, and innovation that sits at the heart of the business.  In 2023 MCA was proud winner of the AdNet Zero Award for best practice in sustainable production and in 2024 won the UK Business Award for Best Growing Business. In 2025, MCA took investment from award winning PE firm YFM to help scale the business and bring the capabilities and resources the company needs to service clients in a dynamic and changing advertising environment. 

Pat has also been a pundit for TV and Radio stations such as BBC & Sky, and he has been asked to speak at major international conferences. His current project brings his presenting skills and passion for advertising together in his podcast – theprodcast.com
