Sherina Florence is Founder and Chief Creative Architect of the newly launched AI creative studio, IABM. When focused on transforming network agencies and emerging brands, she pushes the boundaries of generative AI and creative consciousness, providing her clients with the thought leadership and direction necessary to navigate the AI landscape. Her proven ability to help brands connect to consumers and culture, paired with her consistent strategic approach to brand-building has made her indispensable to some of the world's biggest brands. Her history with clients, including Apple, Beats, Instagram, Reebok, Dove, and Vaseline shaped her into a highly strategic growth partner.

Concurrently, in culture, Sherina has worked to transform the art world with her FKHND and SneakerFace Gen AI work. A finalist in the MVVO Art Show, her AI art is currently featured on billboards nationwide. Her "SneakerFace" AI storytelling has been the subject of conversation in artistic and cultural circles. With both series exciting curators around the globe.

During her 17+ years in advertising , she has served at 72 and Sunny, winning Sonos, Foot Locker, and 1800 Tequila. Her creative leadership supported legacy clients Comcast and Smirnoff. She served as Global Creative Lead on Instagram, at Ogilvy. Where she also created new music with the Roots for Citizen Bank and led best-in-class creative work for Unilever.

Passionate about connecting people to big ideas that inspire new ways of thinking, she is obsessed with trends, both casting and creating. You will find Sherina’s name connected to award winning viral campaigns like Dove's America the Beautiful, Anthony Joshua’s #BeHeard, #standfastforjustice featuring Mos Def, and during the pandemic, her “Find More to ❤️” work for Instagram. While winning hearts and minds, Sherina’s work has won awards, new business, and even contributed to the release of detainees at Guantanamo Bay.

Sherina sits on the One Club Board of Directors, the Marcus Graham Project Board and more.

She has also been recognized by Rolling Stone, Time, and CNN. Sherina donates time outside of work to organizations that are passionate about democratizing equal rights and access. She mentors for The One Club’s Creative Boot Camps in South Africa, and has served as an instructor at Miami Ad School, where her students created award-winning work garnering Pencils, Clios, Addys, Webbys, and Lions.
