Sian Finnis is a senior creative operations and production leader with over 15 years’ experience working in high-volume, performance-driven creative environments.

Currently Senior Director of the in-house agency at King, she has spent the past nine years operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and scale, delivering marketing content for some of the most widely played games in the world. Her work sits at the sharp end of performance marketing, where speed, volume, and creative effectiveness are non-negotiable.

Sian’s perspective is shaped by leading teams in environments where most work is tested, discarded, and rebuilt at pace.
