Veronika Watson-Kuc is a New York-based Creative & Art Director specializing in digital executions, particularly in Augmented and Mixed Reality. She recently joined NVE Experience Agency, where she leads projects that blend digital technology and IRL storytelling to create engaging brand experiences. At the heart of her work is a commitment to crafting narratives that break free from the ordinary and leave a lasting impression.
Her portfolio showcases a range of boundary-pushing projects: from a geospatial AR experience for Barbie and Gap in the middle of Times Square, to immersive digital campaigns for global brands like Coca-Cola, Nike, and MTV. She led the creative direction for The Met Replica, a first-of-its-kind mixed reality experience that brought The Met’s collection into Roblox. The project was shortlisted for five Cannes Lions, won four One Show Pencils, and introduced over 200,000 kids to the arts.
As one of the few women leading in her field, where access often feels out of reach, she’s intentional about showing up, speaking out, and making space. Veronika grew up in the public school system in Eastern Europe and knows what it’s like to feel far from opportunity. She now mentors through the UAL Professional Mentorship Programme and continues to help students from her hometown apply to universities abroad and explore creative careers.
Veronika’s work isn’t just about innovation. It’s about creating things that move people - and making sure more people get to make them.
