Design Operations London 2025

Harry joined McLaren summer 2023, having come from 12 years of working through various automotive OEM’s, which include Kia Motors, SAIC, Jaguar Land Rover, TATA and Aston Martin. Starting his career path through small design agencies as a designer, having designed the Ariel NoMad, Mama’s & Papa’s proposals through his own agency. 

His design skill set started a path of ‘hands on’ design approach as he began a career path of being a Clay Sculptor for large OEM’s, sculpting cars such as the KIA Stinger, KIA Sportage 3, 2021 Range Rover, Aston Martin Victor, DBS Zagato, Valhalla, DB12 to name a few.

Having gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience in these companies, it felt the right time to begin to new path to join McLaren as part of the company restructuring to head up the design departments operations and product delivery bringing all that knowledge to set a new path for McLaren’s future. This role consists of heading up the departments of CAS Modelling, Clay Modelling, Studio Engineering, Visualisation and Project management to deliver designs to reality, along with managing the design department and its finances.
