
Kim leads the Design Operations and Design Program Management function for the Experience Design organisation in the Commercial & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. Her team focuses on driving measurable efficiencies for a large, distributed network of multi-disciplined design teams embedded across multiple business units. Kim has experience of enabling and scaling traditional and digital product design teams, practices and processes in complex global organisations - and has a background in psychology, creative operations and design management. Kim is also a full-time Mum, a travel and music fanatic, and a recovering multiple marathon runner.
