Kim leads the Design Operations and Design Program Management function for the Digital Experience Design organisation in the Commercial & Investment Bank at J.P. Morgan. Her team focuses on driving measurable efficiencies for a distributed network of 300+ designers embedded across multiple business units. Kim has experience of enabling and scaling traditional and digital product design teams, practice and processes in complex global organisations - and has a background in psychology, creative operations and design management. Kim is also Mum to a three-year-old son, a travel and music fanatic, and a recovering multiple marathon runner.
