As the Head of Product Design and Design Systems at ITVX, Marianne leads the Mosaic design system and growth design teams, driving scalable, human-centred solutions that deliver impact for both users and the business. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to embracing change, fostering growth, and helping others succeed.

Before ITVX, Marianne played a key role in transforming CNN’s design ecosystem. She led the evolution of the Vossi Design System, modernising templates, aligning cross-functional teams, and unifying design standards across platforms. Her work reflects her core values of curiosity, clear communication, trust, and adaptability.

Her journey has given her a deep understanding of the challenges others face and inspired her passion for inclusion and mentorship. Marianne believes in creating spaces where individuals feel empowered to learn, grow, and bring their authentic selves to the table.
