Luke leads the Design Advocacy team at zeroheight, the Design Systems documentation company, where they research and educate around the future of DesignOps and Design Systems. Before zeroheight, Luke has worked as an IC and leader in product design and advocacy teams at Memrise, Mr & Mrs Smith, and Microsoft, amongst others. They host the Design Systems WTF and the DesignOps Island Discs podcast, and co-organize the Converge and WDC conferences.
