Over the past two decades as a Creative Director and Technologist , Elizabeth has built and lead global teams of designers, engineers and storytellers to create platforms, experiences and brand ecosystems used by billions (with a ‘B’) of people. She’s brought creative leadership and innovation vision at the highest level to Meta, Accenture Song, Grey, Trollback & Co. and R/GA.

Her work aspires to not simply observe how emerging technologies are transforming human behaviour, but to direct this transformation with craft and empathy. The projects she's lead range from city-scale (the technology and experience infrastructure for NEOM in Saudi); to personal (Nike + and the Fuel Band). She specialises in building creative organisations where autodidacticism, unique taste and rebellious ideas are encouraged, enabling companies to design experiences that shape culture and drive meaningful impact.

Her work has been recognised with the industry’s highest honours including Cannes Grand Prix and Titanium awards, D&DP, One Show, ADC and more. Elizabeth is a sought-after keynote speaker and writer. She has presented thought leadership at leading global forums including CES, the United Nations, The One Club for Creativity, ADC, and Cannes Lions.
