Shaun Voigt is a partner at Fisher Phillips, an international labor and employment firm where he focuses on counseling and defending businesses in employment related lawsuits and administrative complaints on a variety of issues.  Shaun primarily handles multi-party complex and class action litigation, including wage and hour litigation involving issues of joint or co-employment and misclassification under federal and California labor and employment laws.  Outside of work Shaun spends most of his time chauffeuring his two daughters to school, sports, and other events, traveling with family, and running.
