John is a behavioural specialist who helps creative businesses to develop healthy and productive working cultures.
John’s background is in marketing and he was strategic partner at Dare for 12 years, during which time the agency won 6 Agency of the Year awards and was declared Digital Agency of the Decade by Campaign.
After completing a masters in behavioural science at the LSE in 2016, John formed his own consultancy, the Decision Practice. Here, he applies behavioural insights and methodologies, combined with his own experience as a creative business owner, to advise clients on how to understand, define and develop their cultures in ways that liberate creativity.
As an associate of WDC, he uses these skills to help client teams adapt to new processes and ways of working - embedding behaviour change and measuring the outcomes on cultural health, productivity efficiencies and creative effectiveness.
