Charlotte Cole is a content strategist, writer and Creative Operations leader with a BA in Italian & French Language and Literature from the University of Exeter. Having started in editorial and localisation, Charlotte now works as the Senior Director of Content Development within the Creative Operations department at Farfetch, leading ecommerce creative direction, product enrichment, copy, size & fit solutions and end to end localisation. 

Charlotte joined Farfetch early on in its start-up days, feeding her passion for building teams from scratch, finding creative solutions to customer problems and producing content at scale. Now in her position of leadership she aims to look outward, sharing her knowledge and speaking on collaborative ways to work within the Creative Operations universe.
