Maja Arpi is the Creative Operations Manager at Christian Louboutin. She has more than 10 years of experience working in the fashion industry always working closely with creative teams. Over the last 7 years, Maja has built up the creative production functions at Christian Louboutin: digital, graphics and spatial design, delivering 360-degree projects in close collaboration with creative teams in the department.
Having grown up with dual nationality and global roles she has become a diverse thinker. She has a broad experience in a variety of roles from export sales to creative operations and has therefore a deep understanding of both business and creative within organisations. Companies she has worked for are L.K.Bennett, Hugo Boss, Baum und Pferdgarten and Christian Louboutin.
What drives her is building and developing departments and more seamless processes that create impact, enabling creativity and delivery of successful projects. In addition, she’s very curious and loves learning which is why she did a part-time master’s in digital management at Hyper Island alongside work.
Recent projects she has worked on are 360-degree pop-ups in Korea and Australia as well as the selection and implementation of a project management tool for her department.
