Throughout her career, Megan has engaged with dynamic brands and developed creative solutions in partnership with extremely talented teams across a full spectrum of roles and responsibilities, at all levels. She has lent her skills and talents to Process improvement, Operational assessment, Organizational restructuring, Creative Resource Management, Integration and Change Management, for both clients and agencies. Her success is built on collaborative, strategic, and creative thinking as well as training and mentoring to align efforts, gain buy-in and streamline processes.

Megan has brought process to many well-known agencies such as JWT, Publicis, BBDO, McCann Worldwide and currently for Disney Yellow Shoes. She has taught process workshops and educated Creative Project Managers across the country. She has been a guest speaker and panelist for a variety of companies and agencies and has presented at the Adobe Summit.
