For over 20 years, Scott has led creative and marketing teams for agencies and industry leading brands. Starting his career at MTV Networks' News and Documentaries department in New York, Scott produced and directed episodes of the Emmy Award winning series, True Life, and then became the Director of Digital Products and Production, where he launched campaigns and content for the Network’s digital download and consumer products businesses. After moving to Arizona in 2010, he designed and marketed SafeSport, the United States Olympic Committee’s online abuse prevention program for youth athletes. Scott then built and led the production departments at Ad Age and Effie Award winning agencies, Nomadic and Prizelogic, working with clients like Disney Parks, Ubisoft, and Subway. Currently, as VP of Studio Production at Exos, Scott oversees creative and cross-functional marketing operations for their in-house agency and virtual coaching studios.
