Abby is one of Australia's most active thought leaders for Creative Operations and the in-house marketing community.

As Head of the In-House Agency Council (IHAC), she leads Australasia's only industry body that provides a community for in-house operations, creatives, media and tech experts to share best practices and elevate the impact of in-housing across the region.

With nearly 2 decades of experience leading both operations functions agency side in the UK, and the in-house agency for Australasian powerhouse DuluxGroup, she is a deep expert in everything creative operations. From P&L's to people, from processes to tools, she is a firm believer that that well thought out Creative Operations can be the single greatest enabler to creative, media, production and marketing teams.
