As the Creative and Innovation Director at the Australian Football League (AFL), Jonathon oversees how the League utilises both creativity and innovation to grow the fandom of the game. He leads an in-house team that is charged with growing the brand across all touchpoints. He is obsessed with delivering on brief, on time while inspiring his colleagues “clients” with work, thought and briefs!
Prior, Jonathon built the in-house creative and production agency at Asahi Beverages and Carlton & United Breweries (1House), ensuring brands remain relevant with its consumers through content, merchandise and creative. A career built around creating, connecting and growing brands from the “inside”, Jonathon believes it’s the one percenters that turn experiences into memories.
