Faye has been working within Film and Photography studios for over 15 years, starting in special makeup effects before picking up retouch and then moving into studio management and operations. She worked at studios including Warner Brothers, ITV and Granada, then spent 9 years at THG Studios playing a key part in growing the space to become Europe’s largest custom-built creative studio, advising on floor plans, product journey, processes and technology. Now, Faye works as Creative Technology Manager at Craft Worldwide, part of McCann Worldgroup, which has over 20 studios in 120 countries, where she bridges the gap between local studio and global technology teams, helping their diverse portfolio of world-class clients deliver meaningful executions efficiently, at global scale.
