Greg McLoughlin is prone making things up. He’ll tell you he’s 6ft tall, (he’s quite short). He’ll say he’s fluent in many languages, (just about one max). Luckily for him, making things up turned out to be a viable career path. Greg is the Creative Director at The Mix Dublin, the global in-house agency and production company for Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard. He’s now on a mission to help The Mix team create the very best work of their lives for iconic Irish Whiskey brands like - Jameson, Midleton Very Rare and Method and Madness and many more.
Greg started out as a copywriter, working for some of the big network ad agencies – TBWA, Leo Burnett and Oglivy, as well as a fistful of independent shops. He even briefly opened his own agency in partnership with a stuffed monkey toy (that didn’t go great). Over his career Greg managed to create an impressive body of work, working on many high profile campaigns that went on to win more than his bodyweight in both national and international advertising awards.
