Casey Rosenbaum is the Director of Global Creative Services and Operations at IHG Hotels & Resorts. 

Casey joined IHG in 2019 to support the establishment of a creative center of excellence within IHG. Casey has since worked to grow this global organization to support all lines of business across seven regions worldwide by optimizing the delivery of end-to-end creative services. From strategic concepting through to activation, IHG’s creative services organization actualizes projects ranging from digital banners to large-scale out of home.

Casey joined IHG after a decade-long career in strategy and account management in partner and experiential marketing, earning her stripes supporting companies like AT&T and UPS, and finding her passion for directing and operating high-functioning teams.
