Shane is the DAMS Administrator at the Queensland Art Gallery | Gallery of Modern Art, Brisbane. He is a passionate advocate for Digital Asset Management (DAM) with a diverse background in information management and technology across both the corporate and government sectors. Leveraging a career of implementing enterprise-wide solutions and multimedia production, Shane bridges the gap between technology and creativity in the GLAMR sector. As part of the Digital Transformation Initiative, Shane implemented the DAMS across all departments within the Gallery, gaining valuable insights into how a DAM can optimize gallery operations. He continues to focus on integrating emerging technologies with established systems and manual workflows, making the Gallery more efficient in getting its stories out to the world.
