Joshua joined YMCA England & Wales in 2019 as a Brand & Design officer. As well as designing a significant amount of marketing and communications materials, Joshua is responsible for the distribution of branded assets and templates across the charity's federated structure.
Through the YMCA DAM system, Joshua supports colleagues at 83 YMCAs to access, customise and share content to help build capacity among teams, achieve local and national objectives in fundraising, campaigning and service delivery, as well as compliance with an overarching brand strategy to raise awareness of YMCA's mission, vision and values.
Joshua has led on brand review projects to understand external audiences' perceptions of YMCA, as well utilising analytics tools to optimise user experience on its internal DAM platform, and has gathered a wealth of insight regarding the value of DAM in servicing wide-ranging needs and expertise across a national organisation.
