Madeleine has worked for Amsterdam-HQ’d DAM provider Bynder for over 5 years, joining as their first Customer Success Manager in London and is now leading a team of Customer Success Managers who support Bynder’s over 2600 customers globally. Before joining Bynder, Madeleine worked in client facing roles in a number of Software and Digital Media companies in the UK and Australia across a range of industries. Madeleine is passionate about democratising DAM and believes UX lies at the heart of an effective DAM deployment. A particular focus for Madeleine and her team is supporting DAM as a key player in wider Digital Transformation initiatives and the scaling of creative operations through technology.
