How to Boost your DAM ROI Through Effective Change Management – Opportunities and Solutions to Nurture User-Adoption

22 June, 15:00 PM BST

You have the choice of two sessions:

Session 2: How to Boost your DAM ROI Through Effective Change Management – Opportunities and Solutions to Nurture User-Adoption

Any technology is only as good as how well it is used. Many DAM practices struggle due to a lack of user adoption, poor executive level support, and little motivation to move away from old ways of working. But how can you overcome resistance to change to improve the user adoption of your DAM?

In this interactive workshop led by Kristina Huddart, DAM Consultant and Director, Huddart Consulting Ltd., we’ll use change management techniques to build a plan to improve user adoption in an interactive learning environment.

In this fun, fast, and creative session, you will meet and learn from others about their user adoption challenges and we will explore opportunities in how to best approach different scenarios.

It’s about collaboration, experimentation, and innovation!

You will leave this interactive session feeling positive and empowered that you have the tools and techniques to improve user adoption that will guide the success of DAM in your organisation.
