As an experienced commercial leader, Dean has a proven track record of designing and implementing innovative growth strategies that not only drive performance but also higher engagement and profit. He has successfully led business initiatives across Sales Leadership, Retail Consulting and eCommerce.

Dean’s experience of having worked both in Africa and Europe and across multiple regions gives him a unique insight into working with countries in various stages of business development.

Before joining The Stanley Black & Decker Company, Dean held roles at The Kellogg Company, The Coca-Cola Company, Mastercard Advisors and Nestle.
