Stephen McKillop is the Global Brand Asset Management Lead at Diageo, the 200+ strong brand organization. The company manages high volumes of complex assets, requiring not only state of the art technology, but processes to match. Add into the mix the need to manage thousands of video files, Diageo runs robust DAM and MAM systems to serve the needs of its employees and many collaborators.

This session will share the principles of getting ‘goods-in’ right, putting in place the foundations for reuse and automation. Key amongst these is tagging and search.
