Adam has spent over 15 years as a front‑end web developer, working both in‑house for organisations of all sizes and across a wide range of agency projects. From starting out as a Junior Developer learning the foundations of the craft, to building and maintaining websites for multi‑million‑pound companies, he has experienced the full spectrum of what web development can offer—both the fantastic and the challenging.
In December 2022, Adam joined Tempur Sealy International as a Senior Front End Web Developer. In 2024, his role evolved into Lead Web Merchandiser Developer, shifting his focus toward how Tempur Sealy’s many global subsidiaries use the website as a commercial tool. This transition led to closer collaboration with Liam, the company’s Digital Asset Manager, as they worked together to create a strong, scalable foundation for all subsidiaries to use the Tempur Asset Factory efficiently while supporting their unique business requirements.
Adam’s next major project is the integration of a new CMS into Tempur Sealy International’s technology stack - an initiative running in parallel with the ongoing Asset Factory development. The goal of these two systems is to streamline day‑to‑day tasks for subsidiaries, reduce the volume of service requests, and free up Adam and his team to focus on forward‑looking enhancements across all Tempur Sealy websites.
