Rachael is a Global Product Owner in the Content Technology team at Mars Petcare, responsible for the DAM platform and its integrations, with a strong focus on adoption, optimization and stakeholder alignment. She works at the intersection of technology, operations, and creative teams to unlock the full value of content at scale. 

Previously, Rachael served as Global Product Owner for Creative Platforms at a telecommunications company, where she led the launch of a global DAM, introduced an MRM, and implemented a headless CMS to support modern content delivery.
