She focuses on enabling marketing organizations to work smarter, faster and more collaboratively through streamlined processes and data‑driven product decisions. 

Before joining Mars, Sofía was a Product Manager at a branded goods manufacturer, where she led a major brand relaunch and delivered 360° marketing strategies alongside key digital transformation initiatives.
