Fabiana currently owns the Digital Asset Management portfolio at British Airways, where she is the in-house DAM administrator and oversees the global assets supply chain. Fabiana’s team manages brand assets, supports campaign activations, and influences digital assets governance literacy in the BA community.
Fabiana’s aim post-DAM rollout is to elevate DAM maturity by continuing to integrate it with BA Creative and MarTech stack, which in turn supports BA's ambitious Digital Transformation programme. It takes a village and a robust, capable DAM to achieve that.
